These terms govern your use of the EvetSouq website, mobile applications and API. By creating an account or placing an order, you accept them.
1. Accounts
You must be 18 or older to buy on EvetSouq. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for orders placed from your account. We may suspend an account that abuses the service, and you may close yours at any time from your profile.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in UAE dirhams and include VAT where it applies. The price you pay is the price shown when you place the order. If a seller reprices an item while it sits in your cart, we ask you to review the cart before checkout rather than quietly charging the new amount. Card payments are captured at checkout; cash on delivery is collected by the courier.
3. Delivery
Shipping is a flat 15.00 AED within the UAE. Estimated delivery is one to three working days in Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi, and two to five working days elsewhere. Someone over 18 must be present to receive an order paid in cash.
4. Cancellation and returns
You may cancel an order from your account at any point before it is marked delivered; cancelling returns the items to stock, and a card payment is refunded to the original card within seven working days. Unopened goods may be returned within 14 days. Opened food and any medicine cannot be returned once they leave our custody, for the safety of other animals.
5. Veterinary medicine
Prescription-only products are dispensed by the licensed pharmacy that lists them, not by EvetSouq. Nothing on this site is veterinary advice. Ask a licensed veterinarian before starting or stopping any treatment.
6. Sellers
Companies selling on EvetSouq are independent businesses, responsible for the accuracy of their listings, for their stock, and for complying with UAE regulations covering the goods they supply.
7. Liability
The marketplace is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
